Day 1.....President's Day Volleyball Tournament........

Day one started out great! But we lost the last match to the Nebraska Premiere. That put us in second place for our pool. Now for tomorrow. Hopefully the girls will hit the court fighting to win!

Off to Omaha!

Good Luck 13-1's as we head off to Omaha, Nebraska for a fun full weekend of volleyball! Can't wait to see what our team will do! See you soon, Aunt Val!

Busy weekend!

Get weekend for both Maddi and Mike! Michael tested for his next belt in Taekwondo on Saturday. He did a great job! Passed his test, and is now a red/black recommended......which next test is Black belt (in June).

Maddie had a full weekend of volleyball. Her team played hard, not loosing 1 game! They won first place! Way to go Maddie!

Mike home sick today!

Michael is home sick today with a 102 fever.  Hate this bug that is going around!!!  Really hoping I don't get it.  Mike is sure loving all the attention from Bella though! :-)

Happy New year!

Michael had a BLAST tubing at Buck Hill today!  Too bad Maddie was still sick.....she really wanted to go!  Fever since last Saturday, and slept about 18 hours yesterday.  School starts back tomorrow......back to reality for us all!

Let it snow!

It has sure been busy for us around here!  For the last month, we have been getting our house ready to put up for sale.  With the hopes to build a house ready for us in the spring.  We finally had a weekend to relax!  And...it decides to snow!  The weather has been so nice for us to prepare our house for show.  We knew the snow was coming though.  Winter ALWAYS has to come :-)

Michael and Bella had a GREAT time today playing in the snow.   Has been a perfect day!



But it has been a rough weekend for poor mittens.  He has the cone around the neck, and a soft casted leg.  Poor thing pulled a nail pretty deep.  He didn't like his visit to the vet yesterday.

Michael's 7th Birthday Party!

Michael had his 7th Birthday party last Friday at the Bowling Alley in Dakotah Sport and Fitness.  He had a Halloween Costume Party.  The kid's had a GREAT time!  Michael was the Black Phantom!

Maddie made it!

Maddie tried out for the 13's team at Northern Lights this morning. And she made it! She did a wonderful job! We don't know which team yet.... Won't get that until the end of the week.
