A loss for us....

Well, we had our first loss.  We beat Nebraska in the first set, but lost the next 2 sets :-(.  Girls are pretty bummed!  Now they get a 2 hour break, and have to play the top Texas team.  Really hope we can beat them!

Great start!

Beat Missouri this morning!  Off to a great start!  Next game in an hour, and it is time to play Nebraska!  Gotta win that one!

We won!

We won all of our games today! Tomorrow we play Texas, MO, and we get another chance to try to beat Nebraska. We are ready!

Game 2....

Our girls are on fire!  We just beat Texas 25-16 and 25-12.  Star player second game?  Our very own Maddie!  She blocked every ball she could and had 3 AWESOME kills!  The smile on that girls face made my day!

Volleyball weekend

We are at the Minneapolis Qualifier this weekend.  Was a rough ride in with all the snow, bit everyone made it safe and sound.  Just played our first game against Iowa......and we won!  Was a great start!

Sundays results.......

Has been a tough weekend for our girls! We are in the bronze division tomorrow. Going for 19th place. We play at the Elite sport center, Aunt Val.

A couple highlights.....

Day 1.....President's Day Volleyball Tournament........

Day one started out great! But we lost the last match to the Nebraska Premiere. That put us in second place for our pool. Now for tomorrow. Hopefully the girls will hit the court fighting to win!

Off to Omaha!

Good Luck 13-1's as we head off to Omaha, Nebraska for a fun full weekend of volleyball! Can't wait to see what our team will do! See you soon, Aunt Val!
